RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Words and expressions defined in this announcement shall, when used below, bear the same
meanings ascribed to them in the Circular distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 31 August 2023.
Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 31 August 2023 and to
the Circular containing the salient dates and times of the Burstone Share Plan incorporating a Notice of
General Meeting which was distributed to shareholders on Thursday, 31 August 2023.
Results of General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting held entirely by electronic communication today, 28
September 2023, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of General Meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The total number of voting shares represented in person or by proxy at the General Meeting was 501 289
516 representing 62,28%of the total shares in issue.
The Results of the Share Plan are as follows:
