ACQUISITION OF 49% OF TRUSTCO FINANCE NAMIBIA – FURTHER EXTENSION OF DATES
Finbond shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS on 2
June 2023, 31 July 2023 and 31 August 2023 and advised that the parties have
agreed to further extend the date for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent
from 30 September 2023 to 31 October 2023 and the anticipated effective date
from 1 October 2023 to 1 November 2023.
