EXTENSION TO DATE OF POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 1 February 2023 with regard to the proposed acquisition of
Magetz Electrical cc and Power On Wheels cc (together, "Bundu Power") (the "Proposed Transaction") and the
circular that would be distributed to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Transaction (the "Circular"), as
well as the announcement of 31 August 2023 detailing the extension granted to Ellies with regard to the deadline for the
distribution of the Circular.
As the Circular is still in the process of being finalised, the JSE has granted a further extension to Ellies with regard to
the posting of the Circular and as such, the Circular is expected to be distributed to shareholders by 30 November 2023.
