CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary Limited have resigned as Newpark's
company secretary and that Bronwyn Baker has been appointed as company secretary with effect from
4 October 2023.
Bronwyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Law and Psychology), has completed a number of programmes
through the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and is in the process of studying towards a
Graduate Diploma in Applied Governance offered by the Governance Institute of Australia. In addition, she
has extensive experience in company secretarial and governance matters, and was previously the company
secretary of Redefine Properties Limited and interim company secretary to Attacq Limited.
The board of directors welcomes Bronwyn and would like to thank CIS Company Secretaries Proprietary
Limited for their contribution to the company.
