CLN617 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR 57,660,000 (the
“Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited effective 06 October
2023. The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of
CLN617 in issue is ZAR72,340,000. The “pay date” (as such term
is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) is/was 29
September 2023.
