Shareholders are advised that the company has appointed JP Morgan Chase Bank as its
depository bank, replacing Deutsche Bank, in respect of its level 1 sponsored ADR programme.
This appointment will come into effect from 5 October 2023.
The ADR programme trades on the US over-the-counter (OTC) markets under the symbol
VDMCY. Each ADR represents one Vodacom Ordinary Share. Further details of the
