Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement, dated 21 July 2023, and the further
cautionary announcement, dated 1 September 2023, and are advised that the discussions regarding
a potential transaction, referred to therein, have been terminated by Trematon. Accordingly, caution
is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the Company’s securities.
