hereby advised that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
ZAR10,000,000,000 Unsecured Subordinated Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 (the
“Information Statement”), has been updated.
The Information Statement, dated 14 September 2023, is available for inspection at the registered office
of the Issuer and through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person requesting inspection
and will be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website,
