Changes to the responsibilities of directors

In accordance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of
Dr Kgabo Badimo to the Human Resources, Remuneration and
Nominations (RemNom) Committee effective 13 October 2023.


The appointment is based on equitable distribution of the workload
of Board Committees to enable Board members to serve equitably in
Board Committees and fair balance of the membership and size of
the Committees.
