NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT


Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Universal Partners shareholders will be held on Monday,
13 November 2023 at 10h00 Mauritian Time (08h00 South African time) at Shandrani Hotel, Mahebourg, Mauritius, to transact the
business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which was posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 17 October 2023. A
copy of the Integrated Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website,
http://www.universalpartners.mu, under Investor Relations.

The salient dates and times in relation to the Annual General Meeting are set out in the table below:
