1. Final Redemption Amount
Noteholders of the abovementioned AMC issued on 19 October 2018
("Noteholders") who elected to redeem their holdings, are entitled to receive
on Payment Date an amount in the Settlement Currency, as calculated by the
Calculation Agent, according to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the
Final Terms.
The Final Reference Portfolio Value ("RPV") as at 17 October 2023 (end of
day close) is ZAR 198.86 (ZAc 19886) per AMC note. This is equivalent to the
Final Redemption Amount per AMC note.
