AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that Attacq's integrated report for the year ended 30 June 2023 will be published
on the Company's website, https://www.attacq.co.za/investor-hub/#integrated-reports today, Wednesday,
18 October 2023.

The notice of annual general meeting of Attacq shareholders ("AGM") has been distributed and is available
on the Company's website at https://www.attacq.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/agm-notice-2023.pdf.
The AGM will take place on Thursday, 16 November 2023 at 09h00 at the Conference Centre, Maxwell
Office Park, 37 Magwa Crescent, Waterfall City and via an interactive electronic platform facilitated by
Lumi for those shareholders who wish to participate via electronic means.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday,
7 November 2023 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 10 November 2023.
