CHANGES TO THE BOARD, PROPOSED BOARD RESTRUCTURE, UPDATE ON APPOINTMENT OF NEW
MANAGEMENT COMPANY, COMPANY SECRETARY, TRANSFER SECRETARY AND EXTENSION OF
TIME TO REPORT


In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Jean van Rooyen ("Jean"), financial director of Go Life, has resigned from the Board of
Directors.

The Company will immediately commence with the process of appointing a new financial
director and shareholders will be advised once this appointment has been made.

The Board thanks Jean for his positive contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.

BOARD RESTRUCTURE
It is intended that the Board will be restructured over the next month, including the appointment
of a female Director based in Mauritius, Further announcements will be made in due course.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY, COMPANY SECRETARY AND TRANSFER SECRETARY
The Company is still in the process of appointing new service providers. The handover process
has been delayed due to the former party having suffered an accident. Same is expected to
be completed early next week.

EXTENSION OF TIME TO REPORT
Due to the matters mentioned above, the quarterly and interim results are overdue. The
Company has informed Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited and has applied for and been
granted an extension to publish its accounts by 16 November 2023.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX
of the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The
Board of Directors of Go Life accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the information
