the audited annual financial statements of Discovery Vitality Proprietary Limited and Discovery Health
Proprietary Limited ('Discovery Health') (collectively, the 'Guarantors') for the year ended 30 June 2023 (the
'financial statements') are available on the Issuer's website at
https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/additional-material.
Noteholders are advised that the audit reports on the Guarantors' financial statements were unqualified, with
no modifications applicable.
