such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of
2002


AMENDMENT TO THE ADJUSTMENT FACTOR

Holders of Satrix RAFI40 securities are referred to the communication
sent out by the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme on 02 October
2023 regarding the proposed name change of the portfolio, investment
policy, distribution methodology and adjustment factor applicable to
the Satrix RAFI 40 Index Portfolio.


The distribution methodology changed from reinvesting to distributing
effective 1 October 2023. The old distribution methodology applied for
the month ended 30 September 2023 with the distribution and reinvestment
being processed in October 2023, hence impacting the adjustment factor
of 1.51236943 calculated on 02 October 2023.


Post the reinvestment of Septembers distribution, each Satrix RAFI 40
security tracking the FTSE/JSE RAFI 40 Price Return Index will now
represent 1/200th of the index level multiplied by the Adjustment Factor
of 1.52759432 (the adjustment factor) plus an amount which reflects a
pro rata portion of any accrued distribution amount within the
portfolio.
