ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGWD SECURITIES

SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 2 200 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 54.54 per security.


Following the listing of the 2 200 000 securities, there will be 
286 803 994 SYGWD securities in issue.
