NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS LISTING – SPG014 and SPG015

Super Group is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of R1 000 million in terms of its
Domestic Medium-Term Note Programme dated 29 April 2020. In an auction held on
23 October 2023, bids of R3 201 million were received in total for the three- and five-year tranches
and priced 2 basis points and 6 basis points respectively below pricing guidance.
