LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXPRO SECURITIES

Satrix Property has issued and listed an additional 200 000
securities with effect from the commencement of business today, at
an issue price of approximately R8.04 per security. Following the
listing of the 200 000 securities, there will be 34 571 525 Satrix
Property securities in issue.
