CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD RESTRUCTURE

BOARD RESTRUCTURE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Patrick Wysoczanski (Patrick), Executive Director and Dr Peter Koll, (Peter), Non-Exectuive
Director of Go Life, have resigned from the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

The Board thanks both Patrick and Peter for their positive contribution to the regularization of the
Company.

The Board has been restructured with the appointment of Messrs Dave van Niekerk (Dave) and
Neville Graham (Neville), both as Executive Directors of Go Life.

Shareholders are advised that over the next month there will be the additional appointment of more
Directors, some of whom will be based in Mauritius and a further announcement will be made in due
course.

Dave van Niekerk
Besides being a respected Fintech entrepreneur, Dave has more than 20 years of banking, credit,
microfinance, corporate and executive management experience. He is well known in the Fintech
business space for founding MyBucks, a fintech and bank holding company which was listed in
Frankfurt and operated in 13 countries in Africa, Europe, and Australia.

He was also the founder and previous CEO of Blue Financial Services Limited (Blue) until 2009, when
Mayibuye took a majority stake. Blue was a credit provider listed on the Alternative Exchange of the
JSE Limited.

Neville Graham
Neville obtained a B.Com degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is an experienced financial
services executive with expertise in banking, credit-risk management, lending, collections, insurance,
and retail management. He is a FAIS insurance Key Individual.

Currently, Neville holds key roles in two organisations. He is the CEO and Director of LNDR Proprietary
Limited and the Chief Operations Officer of Numeral XI1 Proprietary Limited.

Previously, Neville served as the Head of Lending at TymeBank and as the Chief Credit Officer at
MyBucks SA, where he managed various departments.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The Board
