TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with section 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
of the following expectations regarding the Company's financial results for the year ended 30
June 2023:

      -      Headline earnings per share of between 313 cents and 383 cents, corresponding
             to a decrease of between 31.12% and 15.72% in comparison to 454.43 cents for
             the year ended 30 June 2022 ("Previous Corresponding Period")(1); and

      -      Earnings per share of between 302 cents and 370 cents, corresponding to a
             decrease of between 40.79% and 27.46% in comparison to 510.09 cents for the
             Previous Corresponding Period1.

(1) As will be detailed in the Group's audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023
("2023 AFS"), certain restatements to Previous Corresponding Period financial statements were made.
Comparative information for the year ended 30 June 2022 was restated to accord with the restatements applied in
the 2023 AFS.

The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by
the external auditors of the Company.

Sasfin's financial results for the year ended 30 June 2023 will be published on 31 October 2023.
