LISTING OF THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF IN THE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR ON THE 
MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")

1. INTRODUCTION

This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements
for information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing of participatory interests in the
REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF.

The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
issued by the Manager on 26 May 2025 ("the Programme Memorandum") and the REITWAY
GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF supplement issued on 27 October 2023 ("the Supplement")
and relates to the listing of participatory interests in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the JSE.

2. INTRODUCTION AND STRUCTURE

A ballot was conducted in terms of Section 99 of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45
of 2002 ("the Act") and the majority of investors in the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF voted in
favour of the amalgamation of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF and the Reitway Global
Property Prescient ETF. The amalgamation was approved by the Authority on 17 October 2023.

The Reitway Global Property Prescient ETF portfolio is managed by Prescient, an approved manager
of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has
entered into an agreement with the Asset Manager, Reitway Global (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the
Asset Manager will manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes
on behalf of the Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee
and will fulfil its duties as specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3. SUMMARY OF THE LISTING

                         final units in issue will be determined on the LDT of the Satrix Reitway Global
                         Property ETF, as per the salient dates and times below when the Satrix
                         Reitway Global Property ETF is converted to participatory interests of the
                         REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF on a ratio of 1:1

3.7. Issue price:        The closing price of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF on the LDT of
                         the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF as per the salient dates and times
                         below

3.8 Index:               Reitway Global Property Index

3.9. Investment Policy: The investment policy of the portfolio shall be to track the Index as closely as
                        possible the index with the intention of allowing an investor to obtain market
                        exposure to the constituent securities which are held in the portfolio.
