Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer


In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of
Mr Luzuko Mbotya as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company
with effect from 1 December 2023.


Mr Luzuko Mbotya will become an executive director of the Company
by virtue of his position in accordance with the Company's
Memorandum of Incorporation. The appointment was made pursuant to
the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Company.
