DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the Company's
integrated annual report ("Integrated Annual Report"), incorporating the full audited
consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2023
and the notice of the annual general meeting of the Company ("Notice of AGM") was
distributed to Shareholders today, 30 October 2023.

The Integrated Annual Report will also be available on the Company's website, at
https://choppiesgroup.com/reporting-archive.php as from today, 30 October 2023.

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at Choppies
Innovation Centre, Plot 196, Gaborone International Conference Park, Gaborone, Botswana,
as well as by electronic means, at 14:00 on Monday, 27 November 2023, to transact the
business as set out in the Notice of AGM which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report.
