DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended) (the "Companies
Act") and paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Brimstone has received formal notification in accordance with section 122(1) of the Companies Act, that
Metal Industries Benefit Fund Administrators Proprietary Limited have, in aggregate, acquired an interest
in the "N" ordinary shares of the Company, such that its entire beneficial interest now amounts to 5.41% of
the total number of "N" ordinary shares in issue.
The board of directors of Brimstone accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement having relied on the information provided to it in the Form TRP 121.1 and confirms that, to
the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement is true, and does not
omit anything that is likely to affect the importance of such information.
As required by section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notices with
the Takeover Regulation Panel.
