NOTICE TO INCREASE NOMINAL AMOUNT OF THE PROGRAMME
Noteholders are advised that, pursuant to the section entitled General Description of the
Programme of the Amended and Updated Programme Memorandum dated
23 September 2021, the aggregate Programme Amount shall be increased to
ZAR50 billion from ZAR40 billion.
All references to the current Programme Amount in the Amended and Restated
Programme Memorandum and any other relevant documents will be deemed amended
accordingly.
The increase is effective from the 30th of October 2023.
