 RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
AYO ("the Board") hereby notifies shareholders that Jowayne van Wyk has resigned as a non-executive
director of the Company with effect from 27 October 2023.
