CHANGE TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Cora Fernandez, currently an independent non-
executive director of Redefine, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee with effect
from 30 October 2023 in order to further bolster the expertise within the audit committee.
Following the appointment, the audit committee will comprise:
- Diane Radley (chairperson of the audit committee);
- Lesego Sennelo;
- Simon Fifield; and
- Cora Fernandez.
