DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY'S INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL 
STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2023


Shareholders are advised of a delay in the publication of the Company's audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2023 ("AFS"), annual integrated report and notice of annual general meeting due
to delays in the finalisation of the audit.

It is anticipated that the AFS, annual integrated report and notice of annual general meeting will be published
on or before Friday, 3 November 2023.
