                                               Change in Final Index Level

Holders are hereby advised that the Final Index Level as described in the Pricing Supplement will change to "The
arithmetic average of the closing levels of the Index on the Averaging Dates, with Averaging Dates being 26 January
2026, 23 February 2026 and Expiry Date" to correct a manifest technical error which incorrectly referred to the "Final
Index Level (FIL) as "The closing level of the Index on Expiry Date". The change will be effective from 2 November
2023.

An amended and restated Pricing Supplement will be published on the Issuer's website www.investecwarrants.com
