NOTIFICATION OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INTERIM FD AND THE DEBT OFFICER

Further to the SENS announcement released on 01 September 2023 and in accordance with
paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Toyota Financial Services hereby
notifies noteholders that Mr Nishen Daya has been appointed as the interim Financial Director ("FD")
and the debt officer of the Issuer, effective 01 October 2023. Mr Daya will serve as the interim FD to
fill a vacancy, until the recruitment of a full-time permanent executive financial director is finalised
or on or before 30 April 2024.

The board of Toyota Financial Services has considered and has satisfied themselves on the
competence, qualifications and experience of the debt officer. Noteholders will be further advised
