Termination of services of a service provider and appointment of replacement service provider

MTNZF shareholders (Shareholders) are referred to the MTNZF unmodified reviewed condensed
interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2023 ("interims") announcement
issued on 31 August 2023 where shareholders' attention was drawn to notes 4 and 12 of the interims
regarding a dispute that had arisen between MTNZF and a service provider.

Shareholders are advised that while the dispute is subject to arbitration which is ongoing, the service
provider, Nedbank Private Wealth Stockbrokers Proprietary Limited ("NPW") has delivered a notice
of termination of the services agreement between MTNZF and NPW, which termination takes effect
on 15 April 2024.

NPW provides trading and custody services to MTNZF and its Shareholders. MTNZF has commenced
the process of appointing a replacement for NPW to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted
services to MTNZF and its Shareholders.
