CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, RCL FOODS advises shareholders that Mr Paul Johannes Neethling
has indicated his intention to step down as an alternate director, with
effect from 14 November 2023.

The board would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to
Paul for his invaluable contribution to the Company throughout his
tenure.
