CONVERSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF SATRIX REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY ETF
AMALGAMATION WITH REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 17 October 2023, regarding the
Salient dates in respect of the amalgamation of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF
("source fund") with the Reitway Global Property Prescient ETF ("target fund").

Conversion ratio
Investors will be entitled to 1 Reitway Global Property Prescient ETF security (RWGPR) for
every 1 Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF security (STXGPR) held on Record date (Conversion
ratio 1:1).

The final NAV price of the Satrix Reitway Global Property ETF as at close of 2 November 2023
was R62.32 per share (6232 cps)
