APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 28 September 2023 and in accordance
with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of
the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Ishak Kula CA(SA)
("Ishak") has been appointed as STADIO's chief financial officer and as an executive director
of the Company, with effect from 1 January 2024.

Ishak joins STADIO from Bud Group Limited, where he served as the chief assurance
executive. Ishak has more than 15 years of finance experience with broad business acumen
and strong leadership qualities.

It is STADIO's vision to accommodate over 100 000 students in the future. The Board
believes Ishak is well suited to contribute to the Group's growth strategy, whilst continuing to
build and implement robust financial governance structures and processes to support the
Group in widening access to quality education across South Africa, for the benefit of all
stakeholders.

The Board welcomes Ishak and looks forward to his contribution to STADIO.
