RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF AN INTERIM GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER
In terms of section 3.59b of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. M.G Cownie has resigned as the Group Executive
Financial Director with effect from 10 November 2023.
Accordingly, also with effect from 10 November 2023, the Group has appointed
Ms. Tiffany-Ann Boesch, a qualified chartered account with more than 20 years'
experience in the financial services industry and the former Group Chief
Financial Officer of Professional Provident Society Insurance Company Limited
("PPS"), to act as the interim Group Chief Financial Officer until the Company
appoints a new Group Executive Financial Director. Ms Boesch's role will not be
that of a director.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Cownie for his valuable contribution to the
Group over the past 11 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
