Thomas Borman Exercises Options


Orion Minerals Limited (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has received from Mr
Thomas Borman (through a company of which Mr Borman is the controlling shareholder), a Notice of Exercise of
Options and clear funds, for the exercise of 133.33 million options ($2.27 million) exercisable at 1.7 cents (ZAR20
cents) and expiring 30 November 2023, which were acquired through the company controlled by Mr Borman
subscribing for 33.33 million shares ($500,000) in the Company's placement undertaken earlier this year.

Mr Borman is a previous Director of Orion and has confirmed his ongoing support of the Company and its projects,
including Prieska Copper Zinc Mine and the Okiep Copper Project, both located in South Africa's Northern Cape.
