                         Correction Announcement – Notice of AGM ("AGM")

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published yesterday, 15 November 2023, Notice
of AGM. It has come to light that certain dates with regard to last day to trade were incorrect and may
cause some confusion. The proxy form record dates are incorrect and correct dates are set out below:

South African shareholders must send their proxies to the Transfer Secretaries, JSE Investor Services
South Africa (Pty) Ltd, One Exchange Square, 2 Gwen Lane, Sandown, Sandton, 2196 (PO Box 4844,
Johannesburg, 2000) or via email to meetfax@jseinvestorservices.co.za not later than 14h00 (South
African time) on Tuesday, 5th December 2023 The record date for shareholders to be recorded in the
securities register of the Company in order to be able to have their proxy vote recorded at the Meeting
is Friday, 1 December 2023. The last date to trade to enable a proxy vote to be submitted for the
Meeting is Tuesday, 28 November 2023.
