CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that in accordance with Emira's policy on board tenure,
Wayne McCurrie has given notice of his retirement from the board of directors of Emira ("Board")
(and consequently the finance and remuneration committees), with effect from 14 November 2023.

The Board thanks Wayne for his valuable contribution to the Company over the last fifteen years and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
