CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Manager advise that Ms Kim
Gibb has been appointed as CEO and director of the Company. Ms Gibb will be replacing the outgoing
CEO, Mr Meyer Coetzee, that is moving to a different role within the Prescient Group.
These changed were approved by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority on 14 November 2023 and
is effective from 1 November 2023
