EXTENSION TO DATE OF POSTING OF CIRCULAR


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released by the Company on 21 September 2023 (the
"Announcement") with regard to the proposed acquisition by Telemedia Proprietary Limited, a subsidiary of Rex
Trueform, of a portfolio of properties from Telelet Proprietary Limited and The Bretherick Family Trust (the "Proposed
Acquisition"). The Proposed Acquisition constitutes a transaction with related parties and is therefore subject to
shareholder approval. A circular in this regard is being compiled (the "Circular"), which in terms of the JSE Listings
Requirements, is required to be posted within 60 days of the release of the Announcement. Certain financial information
with regard to the Proposed Acquisition must be included in the Circular, which financial information is still in the
process of being prepared. Accordingly, the Company has requested and the JSE has granted an extension with regard
to the posting of the Circular, such that the Circular will be distributed to shareholders as soon as possible but by no
later than 31 January 2024.
