APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.25 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, Fintegic hereby notifies
noteholders that, a recommendation was made to the board at the Issuer's audit committee meeting, to
terminate the services of the current external auditor, being PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC"),
and to appoint Nolands Inc as the successor auditor effective immediately. The reason for the termination is
due to commercial/economic reasons.
