APPOINTMENT OF GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Following the announcement released on SENS on 29 March 2023 and upon conclusion of a
comprehensive selection process, the WHL Board has appointed Mr Zaid Manjra as the WHL Group
Finance Director and as an executive director of the WHL Board, effective 1 December 2023. Mr
Manjra will also be appointed as a member of the WHL Treasury Committee and the Risk, Information
and Technology Committee with effect from 1 December 2023.
Mr Manjra, who has been acting as the WHL Group's interim chief financial officer with effect from 1
July 2023, is a chartered accountant with over thirty years post qualification experience. Over the past
fifteen years he has held various senior leadership roles within the Group's Finance function. Mr
Manjra's qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm (Acc)), post-graduate Diploma in
Accounting (PGDA), Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)), and Master of Business Leadership (MBL).
The Board congratulates Mr Manjra on his new role and looks forward to his continued contributions
to the WHL Group.
The Board confirms that this appointment was made in accordance with WHL's Appointment of
Directors Policy.
