Shareholders are advised that Zeda Limited ("Zeda") has completed its latest B-BBEE verification
process. Zeda has secured a B-BBEE certification Level 3 rating, while its operating subsidiaries
below retained their competitive B-BBEE certification Level 1 ratings:
• Zeda Car Leasing (Pty) Ltd, trading as Avis Fleet and
• Zenith Car Rental (Pty) Ltd, trading as Avis Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, and Avis Car
Sales.
Zeda has reached its strategic goal of obtaining competitive B-BBEE ratings particularly for the
operating subsidiaries where B-BBEE provides a competitive edge. This accomplishment was attained
despite the reduction of black ownership credentials during the unbundling process from the former
shareholder.
In accordance with paragraph 16.21 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
notice is hereby given that the Company´s annual compliance certificate in terms of section 13G(2) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, has been published and is available on the Company´s website at
