APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 30 June 2023, SANRAL is pleased to announce
the appointment of Advocate Sinomtha Linda as Company Secretary and General Counsel to the
board of directors of SANRAL (the "Board") with effect from 21 November 2023.
Advocate Linda commenced her employment with SANRAL in September 2018 as Head of Legal and
has over the last five years, worked closely with the Board and the former Company Secretary,
assisting the Board with various legal obligations and requirements.
Advocate Linda (advocate of the High Court of South Africa) obtained her qualifications (LLB and
LLM) at Witwatersrand University and having completed her Masters, was admitted at the age of 23,
as the youngest Black advocate to the Johannesburg Bar Society of Advocates.
The Board wishes Advocate Linda well in her new role and looks forward to her continued
contributions to SANRAL in her new capacity.
