Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 6 November 2023. Confirmation of
registration with the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius has not yet been received.
New salient dates will be published once the registration of the new name has been confirmed in
Mauritius.
Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the
JSE.
