NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") RATIFICATION OF DBSA ARC CHAIR APPOINTMENT
Following the previous SENS announcement dated 12th October 2023 in relation to the appointment of Mr.
Bongani Nqwababa as Chairperson on Audit and Risk Committee ("ARC"), noteholders are further advised that
the appointment of Mr Bongani Nqwababa as Chair of ARC was ratified at the DBSA AGM held on 24th of
November 2023. Further, the appointments of Dr Chantal Naidoo, Ms. Disebo Moephuli, and Mr. Barry Hore as
new members of the ARC was also ratified at the same AGM.
The Board remains properly constituted in terms of the DBSA Act (13 of 1997, as amended) and can continue to
perform and exercise its fiduciary obligations effectively.
