APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement published on 1 September 2023 and are
advised that the process to appointment a new company secretary remains ongoing.
As an interim measure, the Board has resolved to appoint Riaan Gous as the interim company secretary with
immediate effect, until such time as a permanent company secretary has been appointed.
Riaan is currently the chief operating officer of Equites and previously held the position of company secretary
for a period of approximately 7 years up to October 2021. The Board considers Riaan to have the requisite
knowledge and experience for the position.
A further announcement will be published on the appointment of a permanent company secretary.
