RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 13 June 2023, 25
July 2023, 5 September 2023 and 17 October 2023 respectively, and are advised that negotiations are
well advanced in respect of the divestment by the Company of its interest in Eqstra Investment Holdings
Proprietary Limited, which, if successful, could have a material impact on the Company's share price.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a full announcement is released on SENS.
