APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
Noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Luzuko Mbotya has been
appointed as Debt Officer with effect from 1 December 2023.
This follows his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Airports
Company South Africa to replace Ms Lindani Mukhudwani who is
currently the Acting Chief Financial Officer.
The Board of Directors of Airports Company South Africa has
considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications,
and experience of Mr Luzuko Mbotya to be appointed as the Debt
Officer.
