RETIREMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
the Company ("the Board") hereby advises shareholders that the Deputy Executive Chairman of AYO, Mr
Khalid Abdulla, is retiring with effect from 1 December 2023.
The Board would like to thank Mr Abdulla for his valuable contribution to the Company and extends its best
wishes for this next chapter in his life.
